The Education Portfolio at UWA is overseen by the Acting Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education), who leads the University’s academic programs and the institution's education mission.

The Education Portfolio holds a Senior Staff Planning Day early in Semester 2 each year. The aims of annual Planning Day are to:
Outcomes from Planning Day are finalised by the Education Executive team and form the basis of the portfolio-wide, all-staff meeting held early in the New Year.
