CAIDi (Curriculum Approvals Information Database online) is a UWA-developed curriculum management system that is used for developing, changing, approving and managing curriculum information.

Who is this advice sheet for?

This advice sheet provides tips on basic searching for curriculum data.

How do I search for a curriculum?

From the Home screen, select the 'Search' tab to view the Search screen as below. Please note the screen dynamically updates.

Select from the following options:

  • Curriculum type can be: All; Units; Majors; Honours; Postgraduate courses; Pre-2012 units; All units (both NC2012 and Pre-2012); Advanced Diplomas
  • Search: free text matches on part of full text titles, code or id
  • Status: All, Active, Combinations and Inactive
  • Faculty: All; individual faculty or no faculty
  • ROE (Responsible Organisation Entity): All or individual ROE

The Screen dynamically updates depending on your selection. Further filtering options are available via:

Although CAIDi performs well in Internet Explorer, the use of Chrome, Firefox or Safari is recommended. At UWA contact your local IT support to gain access to them.
